Banquet Server/ Set Up

The Aikens Group and the Hilton Garden Inn are expanding our team at our award-winning team. The chosen applicant will be awarded a full-time job with potential growth opportunities in the hotel industry.

We are looking for applicants to set and serve banquets, weekends are a must.

The Banquet server is responsible for providing personalized guest services, so the guest can relax and enjoy their events. Ensuring that guest are greeted with a smile, a clean table, and a variety of quality prepared foods. They are a valuable asset to ensuring outstanding guest services and financial profitability.

The responsibilities

· Provides personalized guest services. Ensuring that guest are greeted with a smile, a clean table, and a variety of quality prepared foods.

* Follow all company and Governmental laws pertaining to sales of liquor.

* Serve and set up the banquets -

· Maintains a clean, stocked, and properly organized area

· Ensures banquet area is clean and well kept

* breaking down and closing up of all banquet rooms

Qualifications Include:

· The ability to work weekends and holidays; flexibility

· Great customer service experience

· Ability to present a professional demeanor, both in appearance and communication skills

· Ability to multi-task, while maintaining high quality guest services

· Must be able to be on one’s feet for an extended period of time

· Appreciates a clean working area

· A good work ethic

Pay: $10.00 - $22.00 per hour
