Must have 60 college hours and be able to obtain an emergency substitute license. You may

apply for your license at https://www.KSDE.org, click on license application and follow the steps for Form 8-

emergency substitute license (initial and renewal). It takes approximately 4-6 weeks for a license

regarding the licensure process.
