About the job:

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on the activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Reporting anything out of the ordinary...damages, trespassers and etc.
• Notifying personnel of any situation requiring immediate attention.
• Monitoring multiple public garage structures via feet and vehicle patrols (company vehicle provided during shift).
• Other security-related duties as assigned.

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED).
• You're able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Customer service skills/experience.
• Communication/interpersonal skills.
• KCMO security license or ability to obtain (will help to obtain if needed).
• Ability to sit and walk for long periods of time.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• CPR and AED certifications (we will help to obtain if needed).
• At least 21 years of age due to the contractual obligation.
