At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in Marshalltown, IA.
Pay: $15.53 / Hour
Shift: Tuesday - Saturday: all shifts working 11:00 pm - 7:00 am (overnights)
Position type: Full-time 32 hours guaranteed each week eligibility for company benefits including DailyPay!
About the job:

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
• Vehicle patrols of client facilities (company car provided during work hours).
• Routine foot patrols (inside/outside) of client facilities.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You’re able to an extensive screening process
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn/adapt quickly.
• Computer literacy skills.
• Ability to de-escalate possible stressful situations.
• Must be able to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.
• We provide the State Security License at no cost to you.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
