Job Summary
The California Quality Assurance Analyst will develop, implement, and maintain a system of quality and reliability testing for California’s processes and requirements. The position will report to the nearest branch office and fold into the legal department; the travel requirements will be at least two trips a month to branch locations in California.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that services meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability.
- Communicates quality standards and parameters to the field operators and business development team.
- Coordinates and conducts testing.
- Identifies and analyzes deficiencies and drafts reports based on branch and other audits.
- Works with other members of the legal department to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Location: On-site, Northern California; one must be able to report regularly to either our Emeryville or San Jose branch.
Salary: $68,000 - $70,000 / year
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Associate degree or higher
- Prefer experience in hourly staffing industries within California
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Travel within California at least 2 times per month. Occasional travel outside of California 1-2 times per year
- Pass background check
- Successfully pass a drug screen.
