At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in Minneapolis, MN:
Compensation: $29.87 / hour
Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, (Full Time, 40 Hours)
About the job:

• Reports to Operations Manager.
• Assists with scheduling, payroll, data entry.
• Backfills open positions and coordinate with call offs.
• Counsels officers with corrective action forms.
• Acts as liaison between patrol operations and management.
• Provides rapid response in critical situations.
• Knows when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
• Excellent customer service is always top priority.

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED).
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• If you have Military and Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have security supervisory experience.
• You have a state license if required.
• You have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Supervisor Level 2 (mace, handcuffs, baton). Must have 4 years of security experience or prior military/law enforcement experience.
