Requirements:
1. Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide Registration Program in Indiana. 2. Must be a professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Applicant must complete a Background Check. 4. Must be certified and provide documentation indicating successful completion of a Basic Nursing Assistant Training Program (CNA) and Competency Exam in Indiana.
