We are seeking a skilled and experienced RegionalDirector of Operations/Clinical Services to manage the operational andclinical activities of our Ohio Communities. The Regional Director ofOperations/Clinical Services is responsible for ensuring financial performance,maintaining quality assurance, ensuring regulatory and clinical compliance,managing staffing levels, and optimizing resident occupancy and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations and clinical services of theCommunity
• Collaborate with Executive Directors to establishCommunity goals and objectives
• Support Executive Director in developing andimplementing innovative organizational, financial, clinical, and occupancygrowth strategies
• During interim periods, may assume position of CommunityExecutive Director or Director of Nursing
• Partner with Community Executive Directors todevelop and maintain the annual operating budget
• Evaluate Community adherence to all applicableregulations and approved policies and procedures
• Serve as a resource during critical events,providing guidance, education, support and resources
• Assist in identifying and deploying resourcesthat contribute to Community success
• Coordinate and lead development and traininginitiatives for new Communities

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nurse in the State of Ohio required,with Bachelor of Science in Nursing and State of Ohio RN license preferred
• A minimum of five years of relevant experienceincluding multi-site management experience, Assisted Living communityleadership and lease up
