Garcia Real Estate is Hiring a Real Estate Sales Consultant Near Fremont, CA

We are looking for dedicated Real Estate Sales Agents who are motivated and passionate about making the home buying and selling experience as simple and streamlined as it can be. We need people to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. We are a technology-driven real estate company with an aggressive internet lead generation system and we are one of the fastest-growing real estate companies in the Bay Area.

  • Appointments with prospective buyers and sellers.
  • Training for new agents and experienced agents.
  • Full-time Admin staff support.
  • Robust technology platforms to manage real estate transactions, track key performance indicators and handle client communication.
  • Expanded training on a broad range of real estate subjects (e.g. commercial, flipping properties, rental investments, niche marketing, etc.).
  • Opportunity to receive bonuses, perks, and stock for achieving key performance metrics.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $300,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Practice scripts for lead conversion.
  • Handle in-call inquiries about homes for sale and schedule showings.
  • Receive buyer and seller appointments from the Inside sales department.
  • Make outbound calls to a large database of leads for nurturing and booking consultations.
  • Attend buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and convert them to a signed client.
  • Host Weekend Open Houses to obtain buyer and seller prospects.
  • Negotiate transactions and monitor the escrow process to ensure a successful close.
  • Keep up with the local real estate market knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community.
  • Attend weekly meetings and training.
  • Attend local and national conferences to expand your real estate skills, knowledge, and network.
Qualifications:
  • Full-time position only (no part-time).
  • Must have a Valid California Real-estate license.
  • Must have a Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car.
  • Willing to learn and desires growth personally and professionally.
  • Knows basic computer skills.
  • Team player and willing to help other team members to achieve common goals.
