We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our plaintiff's personal injury team. The successful candidate will possess and be responsible for the following:

• Managing plaintiff's personal injury cases from initial intake to settlement.
• The ability to manage and oversee litigation cases.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and answers to interrogatories.
• Manage in a team environment.
• Preparing arbitration statements and trial information statements.
• Taking and defending depositions and oral motion hearings.

The successful candidate will possess the following requirements:

• Must have at least five years of the plaintiff's personal injury experience.
• Proficiency in negotiating settlements with insurance carriers and resolving property damage claims.
• Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure.
• Must be willing and able to work in a fast-paced office setting.
• Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and interact with clients.
• Must be licensed in NJ.
• Being Bilingual (English - Spanish) is a plus.
