Garces Grabler & LeBrocq P.C is Hiring a Call Center Representative Near Plainfield, NJ
We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our legal team. If you are committed to winning, maximizing client recovery, and improving our client’s quality of life, this is the place for you!
The successful candidate will possess and be responsible for the following:
- Transferring calls to the appropriate departments within the Firm
- Must be assertive and possess the knowledge to answer clients’ questions or concerns
- Gather correct and complete information from potential clients
- Answering calls from potential new and existing clients.
- Must be willing to learn and move up within the Firm
The successful candidate will possess the following requirements:
- Must have at least one year’s experience in a Law Firm. The more, the better.
- Must have the following computer skills; Word, Excel, Type 55 words per minute
- Excellent verbal and communication skills (phone and personal) in English/Spanish
- Must be able to process new case intakes
- Consistent attendance/punctuality
- Be superb, upbeat, and have a friendly attitude
- Looking for someone that wants a career in the legal field
- Must be willing and able to work in a fast-paced office setting
