Our Owners are Restaurant people who started their careers in the dish room! We understand the value of having fun, laughing and enjoying ourselves even when we are in the weeds!
We are closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, July 4th, New Years Day and Thanksgiving. We have the most paid Holidays of any restaurant company out there. The MOST in the industry!

Summary of Position:
Do you have a great personality and enjoy having fun while working hard?! Team members exhibit phenomenal hospitality and lightning speed in everything they do and aren’t afraid to get a little dirty.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver the highest quality of guest service each day.
- Drive sales through great operations and guest service.
- Work on the production line, prep area(s) and helping wherever needed.
- Ensure the least amount of food waste each day: understanding that profit provides possibility.
- Learn to work in all possible positions within the restaurant.
- Ensure food safety standards are high priority. Taking pride in an extremely clean restaurant.
- Stuff lots of Pitas!
What You’ll Need:
- Experience not necessary.
- Hospitality driven personality! We can teach anyone how to make food, but we can’t teach everyone great guest service.
- The ability to effectively communicate with everyone in the restaurant.
- Must be able to stand / work on feet for extended periods of time and able to lift/carry at least 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
