The installer is critical to the success of the two-man installation team. The installer needs to be able to take direction from the lead installer and complete all the necessary work required on a given project. This role should be comfortable dealing with clients when required. The installer has the potential to be promoted to a lead installer after he or she has learned the business and demonstrates he/she is capable of managing an installation as the lead installer. The responsibilities of the installer include:

Experience/Qualifications/Attributes:

• Some construction, renovation, or carpentry experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle or access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow direction and take orders from a lead installer.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining the high quality standards of the organization.
• Professional, and physically presentable.
• In good physical condition – this is a physically demanding role.
• Punctual and reliable.
• A winning attitude and a desire to advance in a growing organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
