Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Client Concierge to join our team. This position requires a dedicated individual who excels in providing top-notch concierge customer service and anticipates clients' needs before they arise. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality or concierge services, with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality experiences to discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for premium-tier clients, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively address them to ensure a seamless experience.
• Handle client inquiries with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA laws.
• Coordinate and manage client appointments, follow-ups, and special requests to ensure a personalized experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent and exceptional service standards.
• Provide thoughtful recommendations for services, treatments, and products based on individual client profiles.
• Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere, creating a sense of luxury and comfort for clients.
• Manage client information and documentation accurately and securely.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, concierge services, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in bilingual or multilingual communication is a plus.
• Familiarity with luxury service environments, including hotels and high-end retail, is beneficial.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude with a passion for health and wellness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Passion for health and wellness is a bonus, but not required.
• Tech skills are a must, such as Google Workspace, Sheets, app integrations to multiple platforms.
• Medical knowledge is a plus but not required.

Work Schedule

This full-time position offers a 40-hour workweek, typically Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. The role requires on-site presence in Sarasota.

Compensation and Benefits
