We are currently seeking a Full-Time Project Manager in the Long Term Care division of our company. The Project Manager is responsible for managing a Long Term Care account for the entire life of the relationship with a particular Long Term Care facility. The successful candidate will be able to successfully manage all inquiries and maintenance of the account ensuring that all patient information is accurate.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ability to manage a Long Term Care facility account throughout the entire life of the relationship with the customer
• The primary contact for assigned accounts for all questions from caregivers within the facility
• Accurately enter all prescription data into the system to ensure that patients receive correct prescription
• Process insurance for prescription orders including reaching out to patient's facility with questions.
• Ensuring that accurate contact information is maintained for the patient.
• Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring that prescriptions are filled in a timely manner per the delivery schedule.

Experience:

• At least two (2) years of experience as a pharmacy technician or other similar Project Manager work in the Pharmacy field.
• Prior billing experience preferred but not required.
