Ganister Station Adult Day Service is Hiring a Program Specialist Near Williamsburg, PA

Ganister Station Adult Day Service is hiring a Program Specialist for its Williamsburg location.

Minimum Education Requirements:

Associates degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years' experience working directly with persons with IDD.

Are you a caring, compassionate, dependable, fun-loving person who is seeking a fulfilling role in the Human Services field? If so, come join our team. You will be working directly with adults with intellectual disabilities, some personal care is required.

Program Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Facilitating new referrals to the program
  • Supporting the integration of individuals in the local community
  • Participating in the development and implementation of program participants ISP (individual Support Plan)
  • Supervising, monitoring and evaluating services being provided to individuals attending the program.
  • Completing skill assessments, and quarterly progress reports.
  • Training staff on the content of individuals ISP's, and ensuring they are complying with them as written.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, closed weekends, and major holidays, with paid holidays after 90 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting $19.00 an hour with merit-based increases, and accommodations made for special certifications and experience.
