Position Summary: Responsible in supervising the Overnight Cleaners to ensure they meet the standards of cleanliness set by the hotel/facility.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Train all new hires in accordance to the client’s standards and continuously develop team members.
• Assist the Division Manager in meeting, instructing and directing employees on the daily duties and priorities.
• Inspect and examine employees’ tasks to ensure standards are met and completed on time.
• Monitor employees progress throughout the night. Address any cleanliness issues with employees.
• Assist team members with assignments as needed.
• Understand the usage of different cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment to clean the kitchens and bakery.
• · Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Able to interact tactfully and positively with all levels of staff, management, clients, and maintains effective working relationships with a variety of people.
• Able to effectively establish work priorities, and to make independent decisions.
• Able to effectively prioritize work duties and multitask throughout the day.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum of 6 months experience cleaning commercial and/or hotel kitchens required.
• Minimum of 6 months in a leadership position preferred.
• Possess strong initiative and self- motivation. Reliable and dependable.
• Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of productivity.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
