Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Track, document, and report a variety of performance improvement and quality assurance projects and assignments.
• Work with Division leadership and Business Development Department on a variety of Performance and Quality Improvement initiatives.
• Attend required meetings.
• Work with QA Specialist to investigate reports of quality service issues and ensure resolution in accordance with agency and division guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct quality checks in programs
• Develop or update data monitoring procedures and documentation as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Must have demonstrated strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent computer skills, including database management, Excel, Microsoft, PowerPoint, etc.
• Must be able to interpret regulations and Performance Specifications
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to supervise multiple locations
• Demonstrated ability to delegate and follow-up.
• Ability to structure and organize job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of child welfare and juvenile justice systems a plus

Qualifications Required:

• Associates Degree (Preferred) 
• Must be able to travel to various locations throughout Western Massachusetts.
• Must have valid driver's license and safe driving history.
• Must have the reliable transportation
