• Provide technical support in the following areas:
  • Networking: Proficient in Dynamic routing protocols (OSPF/BGP), L2 and L3 design, WAN underlay/overlay - both physical and virtualized networks. Ability to troubleshoot all network-related equipment CISCO/ARUBA/FORTINET/EXTREME and protocols. Able to design, enhance, maintain all new and existing networks and designs.
  • Datacenter: Design and maintenance of everything from IDF to primary DC. Capable of evaluating and working with power requirements, rack design, cabling infrastructure. Knowledge in designing resilient hardware (server/network/san/power) configurations to support ISSU, Rolling Upgrades, etc. Able to design and test DR/BC architectures
  •  Security: Strong knowledge of security concepts. Ability to deploy comprehensive cybersecurity solutions and audit existing configurations for enhancements. Ensure IT infrastructure services are guided by AIC triad
  • Tech stack: Windows Server, Linux, Azure/Office365, Virtualiztion (VMware/Citrx), EDR/XDR, UTM Firewalls•Execute periodic network health-checks and security audits
• Critical "awareness", proactive attitude, and focus for preventing incidents (security/outages/etc)
• Create and maintain network/systems diagrams and documentation
• Direct and maintain IT change control practice
• Ensure highest level of data integrity and system availability to core systems
• Mentor and provide uplift support for other staff engineers and technicians to help resolve (infra & end-user) issues as effectively as possible
• Initiate and lead key IT projects - ability to work directly with C-suites, Managers, Vendors, etc.
• Keep up-to-date on applicable technologies and provide guidance to management with selection and implementation
• Work with vendors on procurement, contract negotiation, and assist with selection critera as needed.
• Occasional travel to other locations requiring clean driving record and reliable, properly licensed/insured, personal vehicle
• Willingness to assist in other IT-related tasks such as after-hour upgrades, weekend phone support, equipment adds/moves/changes, etc.

• All experience must be from a production environment
• Minimum 10 years experience designing/administering complex networks and datacenters
