Gamut360 General Contractors, LLC is Hiring a Construction Superintendent Near Everett, WA

OVERVIEW:

Growing commercial construction company currently seeks a construction Superintendent for projects in King and Snohomish Counties. We specialize in tenant improvements and remodeling, focusing on office, institutional, retail, and medical facilities.

We’re looking for a Superintendent that can manage the day-to-day field operations and provide the leadership, expertise, and experience necessary to make each project a success and exceed our customer expectations. The ideal candidate must possess problem solving skills, have an eye for detail, and work well with others, as the Superintendent will direct internal laborers and subcontractors, as well as work closely with Project Managers on each project.

We’re looking for an exemplary Superintendent, that has a can-do attitude and can motivate and lead others with the same.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and mechanical plans and specifications

· Communicate well with others

· Generate and update project schedule

· Understand subcontracts and work scopes

· Able to generate material quantity take-offs for procuring materials

· Implement site specific safety plans and enforce

· Identify changes to work scope/field conditions, work with Architect/owner’s reps to resolve

· Understand budgeting and cost management

· Assist Project Managers in generating change orders

· Willing to jump in with bags on when needed

· Able to make confident decisions, that directly impact the success of the project

· Experience with MS Project, MS Suite

· Experience in Superintendent or lead position

· Clean driving record/company insurability

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
