• 5 to 10 years’ experience as Trade Superintendent on $1 to $15 million HVAC, Pipe and/or plumbing projects
• Good computer skills. Experience with Excel and word.
• Experience working with Document Control Systems retrieving submittal info and latest drawings
• Experience tracking and maintaining field manhours
• Experience running 5 to 10 men crews to meet schedule and milestone commitments
• Good communication skills written and verbal including Email communications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
