GameStop is Hiring a Store Leader Near Lancaster, PA

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals and drive business growth.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Train and coach employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention measures.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
- Collaborate with other store managers to share best practices and optimize store performance.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales or management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building strong customer relationships.
- Proficient in time management and prioritization to effectively handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of wireless sales industry trends and market competition.
- Experience with inventory control systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
