Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, supervising staff, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and possess exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and oversee all aspects of store operations
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training development opportunities
- Set performance goals for the team and provide regular feedback
- Create schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Implement effective loss prevention measures
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize store performance

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service best practices
- Solid understanding of recruiting, training development, and performance management processes
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial principles
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets in a retail environment
