Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, supervising staff, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and possess exceptional leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and oversee all aspects of store operations
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff

Requirements:
