Title: Store Leader 2 - Hourly
Reports To: District Manager
Under general guidance, the Store Leader 2 is responsible for the successful leadership of store operations including building a successful team, driving for results, and achieving goals set for two store locations. As needed to achieve success, a Store Leader 2 is responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, managing the day-to-day operations of the stores, maintaining up to date promotional material and hiring/training new staff. Using elements of GameStop's
Buy-Sell-Trade Model, Operating Principles, and G.A.M.E. selling techniques, the Store Leader 2 ensures world-class customer service experiences for all of GameStop’s customers. This position supervises others including an Assistant
Store Leader, Senior Guest Advisors, Guest Advisors, and Seasonal Associates. The Store Leader 2 will always act in accordance with GameStop’s policies, practices, and core values. The ideal candidate must have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and meeting monthly sales goals, be an excellent communicator and demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
