We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations. ```Duties:```
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and concerns
- Train and supervise retail staff, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the store manager to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Process sales transactions using the POS system and handle cash accurately
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new retail staff members
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing payroll
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop sales strategies and meet sales targets
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in a retail management role or similar position
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base
- Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software
- Experience conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures is preferred
- Experience in sales management, particularly in wireless sales, is an advantage
