SUMMARY
Under general supervision, the LP/Facilities Maintenance Coordinator communicates with the field, vendors, and the Store Support Center to ensure proper installation and repair of Store facility and LP equipment. This position interacts with a supervisor several times a week, perhaps daily, to receive guidance and feedback. Many non-routine activities will require a supervisor’s advance approval.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
·Respond to all field calls regarding the repair, maintenance and installation of Facility/LP equipment and systems.·Attempt to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues before involving vendors. Work with vendors to resolve repair issues and determine appropriate course of action.·Ensure satisfactory resolution of vendor involved repair issues with field management.·Ensure timely response for all essential related service needs and notify all necessary Corporate and Field personnel.·Enter repair orders into Service Channel.
