We are growing Bar Concept looking for a Multi Site General manager for 2 of our locations in Maryland.

The following are duties and responsibilities of the job.

• Developing and managing budgets.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations , including hiring new employees and training existing employees to ensure that all operations run smoothly
• Ensuring that all laws and regulations are followed at all times
• Monitoring and managing employee performance at all levels within the organization
• Work with the Marketing Director to develop plans to attract new guests, retain current guests, and increase revenue from all sources
• Managing employee performance through effective team building and conflict resolution
• Ensuring that all staff members are trained in their roles, including supervisors, managers, and line staff
• Managing all aspects of the bar's operations, including inventory management, purchasing, accounting, and human resources
