We are looking for an energetic, connected, results-oriented Contract Recruiter to help us scale our Product Development and Engineering teams focused on building a world-class gaming platform on mobile and beyond. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full life cycle recruiting process
• Find, engage and activate passive candidates
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit
• Facilitate the interviewing and hiring decision-making process with interviewing teams and hiring managers

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years of experience working in a recruiting role (in-house or agency) in the game technology sector
• Must have hands-on experience recruiting technical roles from software engineers to product managers
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and interviewing teams
• Exceptional eye for talent, sharp screening and interview skills
• Strong tech industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant technical and on-technical skill
• Working knowledge of games industry
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Strong LinkedIn presence
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of management
• Technical recruiting background is a must
