GAME on the River is Hiring an Experienced Kitchen Staff Near Jeffersonville, IN

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in food preparation and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- Follow food safety standards and guidelines
- Support other team members as needed during peak hours
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff
