GAME Equipment in South Louisiana is seeking Full Time Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Associate Professional to represent our sales team. Responsibilities of position include, but are not limited to the following:

• Must play an active role in the selling our full line of parts and wholesale agricultural/farm equipment to customers in and outside of the United States.
• Must be able to support and maintain all customer information for sales management team to be able to communicate with our Spanish speaking customers in different regions
• Must be able to work in a team environment with the ability to create equipment requests for a wide variety of clients
• Must have knowledge and ability to provide high volume data entry when needed

Ideal candidates have the following:

• Knowledge of agricultural mechanical/technical equipment, especially sugar cane and/or scraper tractors
• Advanced presentation and communications skills in both English and Spanish
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills preferred
• Ability to travel outside the US on an as needed basis
• U.S. Citizen required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.27 - $22.00 per hour
