Job Title: Investment Firm Operations Support
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to our firm, ensuring that all processes and procedures are executed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the investment firm including account maintenance, and client reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and improve processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
 Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of investment products and financial markets is a plus
- Prior experience in investment operations or related field is preferred
