Interview internal staff and external departments to identify current business processes, workflows, gather data about processes, document, map those processes, and identify areas of potential improvement and increased efficiency for the processes, as well as update Auditor’s Office desktop procedures and policies to match new processes.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Analyze and document current processes and recommend changes to match capability of new ERP software.Able to ask the “what if…” questions and identify the impact and success of proposed changes.Assess business requirements and make recommendations to improve processesGather and analyze data; map processes and workflow; identify improvements for process changes.Evaluate employee needs, internal workflows, and business processes, then use results to improve or automate processes.Develop, research, write, review and maintain department procedures and forms to match new processes and policy.
