About Galvanick

Galvanick protects the industrial world against cyber attacks. Our threat detection platform for factories and critical infrastructure defends the modern world against criminals and nation-states that target SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and ICS (Industrial Control Systems). This is a chance to work in a startup environment with driven individuals committed to solving cybersecurity's big problems. The team comes from Amazon, Google, the White House, the US Navy, and Wall Street. We are backed by Founders Fund, Village Global, MaC Venture Capital, and others. You will be responsible for building, integrating, and scaling the core data processing capability of the Galvanick platform. You will make key architecture and technology decisions around how to best solve difficult problems. 

Skills and Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a Software Engineering, DevOps/SysOps, or Systems Engineering capacity in a large-scale software development environment.
• Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems with a focus on automation.
• 3 years of programming experience with at least one modern language such as C, Python, or Go.
• Experience administering and developing Linux-based systems.
• Experience building cybersecurity tooling for industrial environments a plus.
• Experience using AWS services a plus.

Location

The Galvanick team is based in Seattle. Given that we are an early-stage startup working on an exceptionally hard problem, we expect new team members to be in office. We are happy to cover relocation expenses.
