Description
Join our team! The Duke Center for Living at Fearrington is accepting applications for a Member Services Associate (PRN). The Duke Center for Living is a medically based wellness facility set within the upscale retirement community of Galloway Ridge in Chatham County.
The Member Services Associate is part of a team that is committed to meeting the needs of our members. Individuals should be team-oriented and self-motivated to provide our members with high quality services.
- Greeting members and addressing member inquiries both in person and via telephone.
- Scheduling appointments and enrolling participants in programs.
- Touring prospective members; processing new and renewal contracts.
- Processing point of sale transactions and balancing cash drawer each shift.
- Attend department related meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Assisting with marketing efforts and member retention.
- Commitment to work on an as needed basis with a flexible schedule
Requirements
- HS diploma
- 2 years customer service skills experience
- CPR / AED certified
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; computer skills; cash handling skills; ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time.
- Able to stand for long periods of time; able to lift 50 lbs; turning and twisting required.
