GPS is hiring Machine Operators for a local production company in Orangeburg, SC! Why You Should Apply :

Shift :

Will train on 1st shift and possibly move to 2nd shift after training.1st Shift Hours : 7 : 00AM 3 : 00PM Monday through Friday.

2nd Shift Hours : 3 : 00PM 11 : 00PM Monday through Friday.Will work Saturdays until 12 : 00PM as needed.

What You Will Do :

• Operate various machinery including quality inspection machines and tenter frame machines.
• Load rolls of material onto machines for processing.
• Visually inspect product samples for defects.
• Operate sit-down or clamp forklift for material handling.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Cross-train in other production tasks such as operating looming and weaving machines.

What Is Required :

• Stable work history.
• Prior experience in production environment.
• Forklift experience preferred, but not required (training provided).
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
