Job Description:

As a Summer Law Clerk at Gallian Welker & Associates, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of legal practice. You will work closely with our attorneys and legal professionals on a range of legal matters, which may include but are not limited to:

- Legal research and analysis.

- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements.

- Assisting with client interviews and consultations.

- Observing and participating in court proceedings, depositions, and negotiations.

- Conducting due diligence and document review.

- Providing support to attorneys in case preparation and strategy development.

- Engaging in legal writing and document preparation.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school program.

- Strong academic record with a keen interest in the legal field.

- Excellent research and analytical skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

- Attention to detail and a high level of organization.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.

- Proficiency in legal research tools and software is a plus.
