Job Description:

The concierge/front desk receptionist is responsible for creating a warm, responsive interaction between the facility and visitors, meeting specific administrative needs of residents and families, and providing the full range of administrative support to Directors.

Requirements:

1. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to the constant interactions with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction.

2. Assist family members and residents whenever necessary.

3. Must be a team member.

4. Courteously greet visitors and directing visitors appropriately.

5. Please ensure that all visitiors, employees, vendors, etc have checked in/screened in per guidelines.

6. Answer telephones and determine the nature of the call and direct the calls to the appropriate individual or department.

7. Efficiently processing incoming and outgoing calls.

8. Agree not to disclose resident’s protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to your Director.
