Responsibilities:

As a Client HR Consultant, you will work with multiple clients in various industries to build and manage HR solutions: practices, processes, programs, and systems with an emphasis on benefits management. You will have both breadth and depth of experience to create, implement and manage the following client deliverables successfully:

  • Complete a systematic audit of the HR function to identify current deficiencies and gaps to create project plans to move clients from the current state to the future.
  • Manage day-to-day human resources functions and HR administration.
  • Manage complete onboarding process for new hires and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. Conduct weekly employee orientation.
  • Manage benefits administration such as compliance, enrollment, open enrollment, and reconciliation of monthly benefit invoices.
  • Maintain and oversee the continuous improvement of all HR systems, workflows, and processes to establish best practices and efficient processes.
  • Implement and manage HR technology.
  • Develop, recommend, and implement policies and procedures; prepare/revise the handbook.
  • Implement HR technology solutions.
  • Manage leave of absence and/or leave requests.
  • Prepare payroll.
  • Assist in developing culture initiatives to promote organizational values and drive employee engagement.
  • Perform 38 hours of billable services per week.
Qualifications:

Required :

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience required.

Preferred :

  • Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of human resources generalist experience and benefits
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
  • Technology implementation and Payroll experience a PLUS
  • Action-orienteda bias for action and ability to work independently
  • Ability to analyze data and implement methods for continuous improvement
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize deliverables and requests from multiple clients simultaneously all while meeting deadlines
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Great people skills, presentation skills, and a high degree of professionalism
  • High integrity, strong ethics, judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Team player willing to get your "hands dirty" working at all levels in the organization
  • Extensive knowledge of multi-state HR regulations, policies and practices, compensation and benefits, organizational change, talent acquisition, and effectiveness
  • Fun! Build relationships quickly, and enjoy finding creative ways to exceed client expectations
  • Project management experience
