Gallagher Promotional Products, established in 1974, is currently hiring a Sales Specialist. This position is responsible for re-engaging customers who have not purchased within a specified timeframe and acquiring new customers through outbound phone calls, emails, and other marketing strategies. 

This position is responsible for:

• Making outbound phone calls to re-engage lapsed customers and engage new customers. 
• Developing professional relationships with accounts to establish reoccurring sales. 
• Generating sales to meet monthly goals. 
• Conducting specific phone and email sales campaigns. 
• Maintaining customer records with accurate and actionable data. 
• Learning an extensive product line and can make product recommendations. 
• Assisting with answering inbound sales calls as needed. 

Ideal Candidates Should Possess:

• Excellent phone skills, including the ability to make cold calls. 
• Excellent relationship building skills over the phone. 
• A motivation to make more money. 
• A positive attitude and be a team player. 
• Excellent organizational skills. 
• Excellent computer skills (Office and CRM). 
• Excellent problem solver, able to assist customer’s concerns or issues. 

Compensation:

• Base salary plus commission (no limit)

• Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (no weekends or overtime) 

Experience:

• One-year sales or customer service experience.
