Uncapped Earning Potential

o Full Time RN Ranges from $70,000 to $95,000

o Offers Pay per visit and Per Cases Manages Model

· Health Insurance (You choose Highmark or UPMC), Dental, Vision, 401K

· Paid Time Off (PTO)

· Paid Holidays including June 19th (only work 1 Summer and 1 winter Holiday)

· Referral Program

Qualifications and Requirements

· Current PA Nursing License (RN)

· Demonstrated experience in home healthcare or a related field (preferred)

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional care

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
