Job Description,

• 6 years relevant experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, building batch applications, uses case development, story writing, set-up / configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentation.
• Proven capacity to lead analysis of business systems and/or business process to identify user needs, document requirements, sequencing UML, and address operation/ process issues/ improvements to accomplish business objectives.
• Proven capacity to lead clarification and 'translation' of less-technical documentation and/or requirements into highly technical subject-matter.
• Experience in building queries and general database skills are a must.
• Leadership ability to train key partners and other constituencies in new solutions - architecture and implementation.
• Familiarity with restful services.
• Bachelor's degree encouraged, MBA or MS preferred.
• Superb communication skills written, verbal and presentation artifacts.
• Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
• Prior work in an Agile environment
• Solid grasp of Fidelity's unique landscape with experience in multiple product offerings, preferred.
• Outstanding analytical skills and ability to lead distillation and translation of sophisticated customer needs into Agile stories with clear, substantial acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrated good interpersonal skills; highly compassionate emotional intelligence blended with analytical rigor and passion for technology.
• Ability to build reputation and influence across the firm and at all levels of management.
• Customer-obsessed with validated dedication to and success with delivering measurable business value.
• Innovative yet pragmatic able to lead teams toward risk-taking with the highest likely marginal return.
