Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Proficient in math, including basic math calculations for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology trends
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide personalized recommendations
