Job Details
- Create detailed service plans for children and their families
- Communicate with children and families in Spanish and English
- Help families navigate and apply for public assistance programs
- Manage cases, including detailed progress notes and documentation
- Facilitate educational and recreational programs
- Work collaboratively with school counterparts
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners
- Salary range: $60-65k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or similar field required; MA preferred
- 3 years’ experience as a Social Worker assisting children and families
- Must speak fluent Spanish and English
- Experienced in case management and crisis intervention
