Trial attorney with a minimum of 1 years of experience, preferably in insurance defense litigation. Excellent written and oral communication skills required; trial experience preferred, but not required. Case load will focus heavily on automobile, premises liability, and other personal injury litigation. Mentoring and comprehensive feedback/training are provided by the firm's more senior attorneys, but the attorney will be primarily responsible for his or her own caseload and will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with litigation in state and federal court.
