```Duties```
We are seeking an experienced Quickbooks Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes
- Conduct account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
- Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate calculations
- Generate financial reports and provide insights to management
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and ensure compliance

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in financial report writing
- Knowledge of payroll processing and related regulations
- Familiarity with accounts payable procedures
- Experience in public accounting or working with external auditors
- Understanding of financial concepts, such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ability to perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or similar systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
