The Handyman will work with our VP of Operations to fulfill maintenance requests and general handyman tasks across our multiple facilities.

In this role you will help to identify problems and also perform various preventative maintenance tasks.

Ideal candidate should have skills in some or all the following : Fence, decks, flooring, fixture repair, bathroom remodel, gutter cleaning, drywall, painting, minor plumbing & electrical, tile, storm doors, exterior & interior door installation, siding repair and other.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 years of similar experience
• Ability to use hand tools
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to stay organized and multi-task
