40 Hour Full Time - Hourly Position

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm / Monday – Friday

Qualifications for Hand Tool Assembler:

Strong mechanical ability is a must. This is not a line assembly job; you will be building tools and tooling components from start to finish at your workstation. You will need the ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and have a familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Daily Job Requirements:

· Assembling tools and components in accordance with Data Sheets, Work Instructions, and Manuals

· Testing and documenting the assembled components against our quality control and engineering requirements

· Assisting the Product Manager with customer issues, product development, and trouble shooting

· Will need to be able to evaluate and document returned product for warranty issues and/or repairs

· Notify the quality department of any assembly issues or concerns

· Be able to assist quality department with corrective and preventative action investigations

· Ensure serial number logbooks are properly maintained

· Follow all company safety rules and practices

· Have good dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components that are often very small

· Be able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for job position

Education / Experience:

· High School Graduate or GED

· Have 2-3 years in an assembly environment using hand tools and experience in building items or repairing items from start to finish

· Experience is strongly preferred but we will consider training the right individual

· $1,000 signing bonus @ 120 days
