To provide training, assistance, and support for front office staff to improve both front office work-flow procedures and patient experience. This position reports to the Clinic Administrator.

Education REQUIRED: High school diploma or GED

Experience REQUIRED: Minimum of five years in a Physician’s office or Hospital setting with front office experience required; Leadership skills required
