To effectively manage physician practice by directing and overseeing all functions of the clinic and working through existing staff to carry out the day to day operations of the clinic. Directly manages all non-provider clinic employees in this role. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Required Education: Minimum High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience/skills: One year billing and coding experience in medical office, strong communication skills, professionalism, ability to work under stress, computer knowledge.

Preferred skills/experience: Prior EMR experience, post high school education, prior office management experience, extensive billing/coding experience
