PURPOSE: You are passionate about our great styles, famous brands, and amazing prices. Responsible for ensuring that all customers have a great experience in our stores through your friendly, helpful interactions with them and maintaining a neat, clean, and organized store. You are responsible for merchandising new product on the sales floor with guidance from the fashion coordinators and brand manager; ensures all marketing standards are met. You bring a positive, can-do attitude to work every day and are a valued team player. You ensure Gabe’s is a great place to shop!

Operational Excellence:

• Collaborates with management to ensure markdowns are executed properly and re-merchandised to standard
• Leads execution of short term action plans to support long term store strategies
• Owns product, marketing, and cleanliness standards for certain departments
• Monitor, maintain, and follow all company policies and procedures
• Communicates effectively with crew members and managers to ensure all processes flow properly
• Understands how to read and use performance reports to impact each department
• Maintains awareness of overall store cleanliness, maintenance, and safety

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
